At Meeiv, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Please include a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for return/exchange.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for returning items via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Refund requests are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer.
• Please provide your payment details on the invoice or share them via email/WhatsApp with your order reference.

Exchange Policy

• Unworn/unwashed items can be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt and tags.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Sale & Clearance Items

• No refunds on items purchased during clearance sales.
• Only defective items will be accepted for exchange or refund during sales.
• If a full-price item goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the current marked-down price.

Pricing

• All prices are fixed and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Return Instructions

Please securely pack your items in a proper shopping bag or packaging (avoid using courier flyers directly to prevent extra charges).
Make sure to mention your order number clearly.
